In 2000, Terry Simpson and Tom Aragno founded 4 Ever Klear as a small pool and spa maintenance company. Over the last 16 years, Terry and Tom grew 4 Ever Klear into a premium service company on the Outer Banks. With a top notch staff, they quickly became a favorite among Outer Banks homeowners.
In 2016 one of their employees, Josh Hill, took over the business. After 8 years of working with Tom and Terry, they were ready to hand over the reins. Today, Josh is still a technician for the company while his wife Jennie handles the office tasks. Together, they continue to run the company just as Tom and Terry did – with quality caring service!
